Brady has been closely connected to the construction industry since high school when he enrolled in his school's co-op program- and never looked back! His knowledge of the inner workings of renovations makes him the perfect fit to oversee Production at Catalyst. Process is everything and communication is key! At home, Brady and his wife Nikki have two young sons. In his spare time you'll likely find him on a squash court, at the gym or enjoying a craft beer.
Andrew developed a love for carpentry while 'helping' his grandfathers with various projects throughout his childhood. His degree in Engineering, and a passion for building and problem solving make him a clear choice to lead the Catalyst sales process. A clear vision and a well informed team of clients, employees and trade partners is critical to a successful project! At home, Andrew and his wife Melanie are kept busy with their four young daughters! If he's not at the rink, you'll find him on the squash court or enjoying another great read.
With over 15 years of industry experience and an extensive background with a major Canadian paint retailer, Sara is fully immersed in residential design. In her time with Catalyst, she’s built the Design department from the ground up, providing our homeowners with inspiring concepts, overseeing the selection process and, most importantly, helping you put the final touches on your home! Design has many moving parts and attention to detail and developing processes is a key part of managing numerous construction projects while supporting our Production team. Sara’s a cyclist, a runner and loves to travel with her partner, Tobiasz and their dog, Duke.
Grant plays an important support role to both Sales and Production at Catalyst. His attention to detail makes him an invaluable part of the team by assisting Sales to produce thorough proposals on all our jobs. He makes sure our clients meet milestones, facilitates payment scheduling and oversees our crew and lends support to our Construction Manager. He does it all with a smile on his face 24/7! Fun fact: Grant studied in the United States under a University baseball scholarship and is an alumni with the Toronto Maple Leafs in the IBL! He is currently a part of the coaching staff for the Laurier Golden Hawks. In his free time he loves to travel the globe, exploring new parts of the world with his fiance, Sarah.
Jayden is a key player in keeping Catalyst’s office organized. She is quick to learn and willing to take on any task assigned to her. She is also a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Laurentian University. Jayden sees each day as an opportunity to learn new skills from her colleagues in order to improve the support she provides for our Sales and Design teams as well as Catalyst clients. In her free time, you can find her exploring the outdoors with a good book and her Miniature Dachshund, Ivy, or enjoying a fun spin or yoga class.
As Catalyst's longest-serving employee, Nick has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it come to renovations. Nick started his career as a tool and die maker, but quickly moved to carpentry to pursue his passion. Nick, his wife Tammy, and their three kids can be found chasing around their new German Sheppard puppy, Willow. If you're ever in need of an update on what's going on in the world of College Football, Nick's your guy!
Kevin brings a ton of experience to the Catalyst team. From framing custom homes to project management, he's done it all. Kevin lives in Kitchener with his wife Hilary, their sons Mason and Oliver. and their lab, Merlin. He enjoys hockey, making custom furniture, and tries to spend his weekends at the lake!
Hailing from Northern Manitoba, Orla spends her time in the office warming up the sofa cushions and ensuring she receives adequate belly rubs from the team!
