I found Catalyst via an internet search of local contractors who built garages. Three contractors were asked to provide estimates, Catalyst was included because their site showed a garage similar to what we wanted. All three contractors provided initial estimates that were within 5% of each other, Catalyst got the business because Andrew was prompt to respond to our request for an estimate, spent more time reviewing the requirements, and provided a more detailed estimate of the job. We agreed upon a final design and price and the build started shortly after building permit was obtained. Throughout the build both Andrew and Brady were frequently on site and were also very accessible via phone or e-mail messages. The building was completed in a timely manner, with high quality, and at the agreed upon price. I was very satisfied with the entire project and would certainly recommend Catalyst.
